Adam Robinson
Social Media Manager
Adam Robinson has spent his entire career working in the world of marketing. His experience in sales, social media, search engine marketing, and video production have prepared him well for the position of Social Media Manager. Originally from Oklahoma, as they say, he got to Texas as fast as he could and attended the University of Texas.
He understands the small business owner through his three years working in both traditional and digital marketing, and is well versed in navigating a hectic and often times unscheduled environment. Adam’s business passion is social media, and he believes that it is a great way for businesses to truly not only interact with customers, but gain sales and create long-term, revenue-producing relationships. He is a father of two and is married to his best friend, residing in the suburb of Dallas, Little Elm.
Ryan Miller
Social Media Manager
Ryan Miller joined Splash Media with a combined eight years of traditional and social media marketing experiences. While attending California State University, Chico, Ryan started and grew a successful fly fishing business with strategic online marketing as the driving force. After graduating with a B.S. in Recreation Administration, Ryan continued to explore social media marketing and went on to help businesses start the conversation.
Ryan is committed to excellent service and delivering results. He has a thorough understanding of social media and is well versed in the business applications for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and blogs.
Jill Malone
Social Media Manager
With a B.B.A. in Marketing and Management from Baylor University, Jill Malone started her career in recruiting and account management. This is where she learned to listen to the needs of her clients to meet mutual goals. Jill was introduced to the professional world of social media when she volunteered to develop and manage a Facebook page for a local charity. After two years of polishing her communication skills in a corporate environment, Jill broke away to follow her heart to the world of marketing. She started her own marketing company, providing customized marketing solutions to small businesses that did not have the resources to market themselves in print or on the Internet. She serves clients with a unique style, blending her corporate experience with intense customer care gleaned from running her own business.
In her free time Jill enjoys exploring her own creative side through oil painting and photography. She is also an active member of Junior League of Dallas.
Holly Rountree
Social Media Manager
Holly Rountree combines eight years of media experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Audience Development. After graduating from Baylor University in 2004, Holly began her career in Dallas within the cable TV software industry, and quickly developed her professional passions for monetized content strategies, lead generation and reputation management. Positively energetic, she then moved to New York City where she became responsible for the advertising marketing success of three industry leading b2b publications and their websites; including Chemical Engineering, ChemicalWeek and Power magazines. During this time, she was exposed first-hand to the evolutions of SEO and social media, as well as heavily involved in the movement of converting traditional printed information into optimized digital content. As a seasoned media professional and former consultant, she is an expert in facilitating long-term customer loyalty by building engaged communities through information services.
Originally from Plano, Texas, Holly is an avid runner, and she also enjoys reading and gardening. Holly is a professional member of the Business Marketing Association, Specialized Information Publishers Association, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the Baylor Alumni Association.
Mindy Rayer
Social Media Manager
With a diverse background in marketing for capital ventures and within the nonprofit sector, Mindy Rayer brought more than 13 years of experience with her when she joined the Splash Media team. As a California native transplanted to Texas, Mindy’s early marketing career had her working in the agency world with luminaries such as the Harlem Globe Trotters and Thomas Kinkade. However, for the next 11 years, her focus began to shift into the nonprofit sector, where she was a Regional Manager, assisting international relief workers, while simultaneously leveraging her business acumen to raise private donations. Then, in 2004, her passion for service and adventure landed her in the Middle East, where she developed and grew the client base of ILC Consulting in her role as International Marketing Director.
It was upon Mindy’s return to the States that she discovered how the online channel, social media and video messaging could be leveraged to truly impact the marketing goals and bottom line of any organization. Armed with this understanding, she led strategic initiatives for online video campaigns and consulted with higher education clients (Columbia Business School, James Madison, Rhodes College, University of South Carolina) on best practices to enhance the institute’s online presence, grow affinity and generate leads, which served to impact her client’s fiscal goals.
Mindy now brings this ‘know-how’ to the corporate clients of Splash Media, personally working to see their online image flourish and inevitably impact their overall bottom line.
Dennis Wilson
Social Media Manager
Dennis Wilson joins Splash Media after spending more than10 years in hospitality management, followed by a transition into consultative sales and the continuously evolving world of Internet marketing. He has most recently managed local and national Internet marketing campaigns for a wide array of businesses. During his tenure in the digital media marketing industry, he has implemented and observed various Internet marketing plans. He believes marketing strategies producing no results need to be promptly edited or removed, and those producing positive results must be continually refined, updated and focused, or they will soon become stagnant and unprofitable. He has, most importantly, come to one clear conclusion: if your business shows no interest in adjusting to the trends or exploring the new and innovative, then someone else is inevitably taking your share of the market.
Dennis brings a balanced and practical approach to even the most complicated problems. His years of client interaction have ingrained a desire to uncover what makes a customer sincerely happy, and he understands loyal customers are an integral part of a successful business.
Born in Spain and raised in Texas, Dennis is the product of the classic tale: an American soldier smitten with a mysterious and beautiful woman, whom after 30-plus years of marriage is still introduced as “my lovely bride,” by his father. Dennis has a passion for learning and teaching others, an affinity for excellent food and beverage, and loves a good barbecue with family and friends. He is a father of two amazing boys and wakes up everyday in love with his future wife.
MacKenzie Garfield

MacKenzie Garfield is a Dallas native who has a broad range of experience in implementing integrated marketing goals with a focus in social media. After receiving her BBA in Marketing at Texas A&M, she became Director of Marketing for a retail firm in College Station. Here at Splash Media, she is fully immersed in her favorite part of the marketing industry: social media.
Throughout her career, she has valued the compassionate professionalism she learned at her first internship at TOMS Shoes. She is fully versed in social media and loves helping clients reach their goals through creative social strategies. When she’s not blogging, tweeting, posting, poking, or commenting, you can find her drinking too much Diet Coke, over-accessorizing her cat Nia, curled up with a book at home, or trying new restaurants around town.
Melissa Ruggles
Social Media Manager
As a sixth-generation native Texan, Melissa Ruggles has eclectic experience as a nonprofit Communications Director, small business Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Copy Writer. Her passion for personal growth and learning has earned her a Masters Degree while raising her three beautiful children. She is focused on results-driven strategies, while prioritizing the importance of creating true relationships with clients, her team, and the target audience of her accounts.
Her path to social media management has taken her through such diverse fields as design and technical theater, art, and alternative healthcare. Her unique background enables her to view projects from many viewpoints simultaneously, blending her diverse skill sets to truly catch the vision and voice of the brand she is representing.
Mouyyad Abdulhadi
Social Media Manager
Mouyyad Abdulhadi comes from a background of customer service and freelance marketing in multiple industries, ranging from restaurants and food service to telecommunications and healthcare.
Mouyyad received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington and after realizing he did not want to spend his days in a lab, he pursued his passion in marketing and specifically social media marketing. Mouyyad considers social media to be a gateway for connecting people from all backgrounds, interests and locations.
He is currently working toward his M.B.A in Marketing, also at UTA. Mouyyad has lived his entire life in Dallas/Fort Worth.
Stephanie Williams

Stephanie Williams has a unique marketing background in a variety of industries. Her experience spans from social media consulting and branding to event coordination and project management. An early interest in marketing trends led her to the world of Internet marketing and social media. Stephanie is passionate about delivering outstanding service with the highest level of integrity and recognizes the extraordinary effort necessary to focus intently on each client.
Prior to joining Splash Media, Stephanie led the social media team and its initiatives and authored internal best practices for a major manufacturer of class rings, yearbooks and letter jackets. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is an avid follower of the American Marketing Association and the Social Media Club of Dallas. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, blogging, traveling, ethnic foods, and anything that provides an artistic outlet.
Morgan Arnold
Social Media Manager
Morgan Arnold’s career began with a bang: helping the world’s biggest retailer open its first stores on the West Coast. And while his time with Wal-Mart provided him with valuable experience in launching services in new markets, his next job was more of the paying-it-forward variety – serving as director of retailing for Union Gospel Mission, a faith-based organization reaching out to help Seattle’s homeless. He would later be the program director for UGM’s Riverton Place Men’s Recovery Center. The direct marketing world was his next calling – World Marketing Inc., to be exact, where he was a research specialist and a senior level account executive serving clients like Universal Music Group, Citibank and Neiman Marcus. Morgan continued serving A-list customers, such as American Airlines, Wells Fargo and AT&T U-Verse, as a manager of account services for Platinum Direct Marketing Services. The opportunities in web-based marketing awaited at WebDex Media. Morgan became a Certified Google AdWords Professional, which lends extra credibility to his work at e-business consulting, social media marketing, search engine marketing/optimization and lead generation. Morgan remains committed to sharing that expertise now that WebDex has become part of Splash Media.
Stephen Gonzales
Social Media Manager
Stephen Gonzales joined Splash Media with more than six years of Internet marketing experience, over five of those as a certified Google Adwords professional and Yahoo Search Marketing Ambassador.
His career started as an account executive where he learned how to identify an organization’s business and marketing pains. After transitioning to an account management role, he started creating and implementing the Internet marketing solutions to resolve those pains. Stephen is thrilled to put his internet marketing experience to use for Splash Media clients.
Duncan Gilman
Social Media Manager
Duncan Gilman has developed online profiles for clients ranging in size from a dozen volunteer members to one thousand full-time employees.
His diverse writing experience includes traditional public relations, online editorials, and documentary television.
A graduate of the University of Texas College of Communication, Duncan comes from a background in video production, and his Telly Award-winning work can be seen on networks such as A&E and Discovery Military.
Elissa Genova
Social Media Manager
Elissa Genova has a strong background in customer acquisition and account management. Prior to joining the Splash Media team, she managed pay-per-click (PPC) and search engine marketing (SEM) for numerous media agencies for an IYP. She worked with predominant national brands and provided strong positive results for her clients. Her ongoing determination to provide customer satisfaction and implement diverse strategies makes her an asset to any Splash Media client.
Elissa has a love for the arts and enjoys events in the Dallas Arts Districts. She also works with a nonprofit, the Texas Agape House in nearby Plano, Texas. This organization helps single mothers get on their feet after life-altering events. Elissa is also an avid runner; she ran her first half marathon earlier this year and plans on completing her second before the year ends.
Natalie Bidnick
Social Media Manager
Natalie Bidnick has a passion for introducing social media strategy to new users in order to build their business and increase brand awareness. She started her career working for one of the largest wholesale merchandise resources in the world, where she assisted clients with enhancing their presence in the marketplace through internal promotional events and publications tied to social media efforts. After three years, she transitioned into higher education and began work on her master’s degree at Southern Methodist University, the same school where she earned a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and public affairs.
Natalie is dedicated to providing clients with superior service and positive solutions to business goals. In her spare time, she continues coursework toward her master’s degree. She also enjoys the outdoors, and reads anything and everything within reach.
Victoria Cardenas
Social Media Manager
Originally from Dallas, Victoria Cardenas graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Public Relations. It was during these studies at Tech that she began to develop an interest for social media and the powerful ways it is changing businesses every day. After gaining traditional PR agency experience, Victoria realized that social media was her true passion. She has most recently assisted small businesses in building and managing their online presence through search engine optimization and social media. For Victoria, the most rewarding part of this work is when she can show business owners the results of these pieces working together to enhance their presence online.
Outside of the workplace, Victoria serves as the Volunteer Chair for Generation Heroes, an organization that supports the mission of Heroes for Children, a local charity. A few of her favorite pastimes are spending time with her friends and very large family, and watching Wheel of Fortune, NCAA football and the San Antonio Spurs.
Johnathan Sellers
Social Media Manager
Johnathan Sellers comes to Splash Media from Oklahoma City. He joins Splash after working in sales and marketing in the television industry for the local ABC affiliate. At KOCO, he managed a large client list and developed new business for the station by focusing on strategies that delivered results, while also building strong relationships with his clients.
Johnathan earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. His passion for social media and marketing brought him to Splash where he hopes to help his clients develop quality campaigns that connect them to their target audiences and generate new business leads.
Johnathan’s hobbies include being a huge basketball fan, especially when it comes to the NBA. He also loves all things media . In his spare time, he enjoys working out, engaging in social media, listening to music, playing with electronics and spending time with his friends and family.
Amanda Hawkins

Amanda Hawkins earned her B.A. from the University of North Texas, where she served as the First Chapter President of the North Texas Advertising Club, an official collegiate chapter of the American Advertising Federation.
Prior to joining Splash Media, Amanda gained valuable experience working within direct response, branding and full-service advertising agencies as an Account Service Specialist. In these positions, she managed marketing activities for brands such as Hewlett-Packard, AMC Theatres, and Chevrolet.
Born in Queens, NY and raised in Mesquite, Texas, Amanda is a former competitive cheerleader who enjoys social media, fashion, and cooking. She can usually be found with a great cup of coffee in hand and a smile on her face.
Matt Anderson
Social Media Manager
Matthew Anderson’s passion for all things social media and the entertainment industry are what drive him toward success. Matt says the most rewarding part of his work is being able to create unique marketing campaigns, seeing his clients acquire new customers and, ultimately, getting results. Matt earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California with a double concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. While at USC, he performed and served as a Senior Teaching Assistant for the Trojan Marching Band, gaining valuable entertainment industry knowledge and experience along the way.
Prior to joining Splash Media, Matt worked in Los Angeles for Cross Coast Interactive as a Social Media Specialist, creating marketing strategies for films, television shows, artists, and various social media websites and applications.
William Kelly
Social Media Manager
William Kelly started his career with a medical equipment asset management firm. His position focused on identifying and negotiating lower pricing on medical equipment. Through this experience, William handled several high-dollar negotiations, but his interest quickly grew in marketing and aiding the sales force. William saw the benefits of social media in a B2B setting and gained approval to start promoting the company through social media sites. Once fully integrated, social media helped generate leads, build vendor relations, form strategic alliances with other companies, and create a great news source for clients and the firm to stay up-to-date on relevant industry news. William is excited to bring his experience and knowledge about using social media as a business tool to Splash Media. William graduated from Texas A&M University with a focus in Leadership Studies and minors in Sociology and Psychology. In his personal life, he enjoys the great outdoors, fishing, kayaking, camping, golfing, and just about any other activity that lets him spend time in the sun.
Jennifer Sokoloff
Social Media Manager
Florida native Jennifer Sokoloff began her professional career in the marketing field over a decade ago. She ventured off into other avenues of marketing by traveling nationwide on a weekly basis marketing real estate, cash flow, and financial market trainings for a direct to consumer marketing firm based in Orlando, Fla. A few years later she worked in radio, co-hosting a morning show in Florida. Jennifer’s direct experience with social media stems from the Radio/Entertainment industry, reaching listeners on other platforms other than on-air. While working in radio she also provided social media services to small businesses in her area.
Having no prior radio experience, Jennifer scored a radio gig for a widely recognized radio station in Gainesville, Fla., by using Facebook to promote herself and having the entire market vote for her. As social as Jennifer is online, she is equally social outside of work. Sporting events, live concerts, relaxing with family, and visiting friends are a few of Jennifer’s favorite activities but the one she is most passionate about is Florida Gators football! She bleeds orange and blue, and her favorite season is … football season, of course!
Megan Rawls
Social Media Manager
Megan Rawls specializes in catapulting businesses of all sizes onto the worldwide web in a competitive manner. Prior to joining the Splash Media team she was an account executive at an interactive ad agency, where she managed the birth of websites, the evolution of social media, and the production of all things interactive for a broad range of clients. Her digital experience includes, but is not limited to: website build-outs, flash banners, digital ads, email campaigns, graphic design and social media. She is equally skilled in print messaging, including billboards, banners, flyers, posters and programs. A Dallas native who earned a BA in History from Texas A&M, Megan says that her imagination and creativity is often sparked by a healthy breath of fresh air. Thus, when she leaves the world of cyberspace, you will most likely find her out doors either hiking, camping or often taking photographs of God’s most masterful artwork – the sunset.
